The service

My Sunday Prep helps you search for recipes, save them, plan meals across the week, and generate grocery lists. Recipe information comes from third-party sources.

Your account

• You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
• Provide a valid email address so sign-in works.

Acceptable use

Please use the app reasonably. Don't:

• Break the law or infringe other people's rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or to other users' data.
• Misuse the service in a way that harms it or other people.

Recipe and nutrition information

Recipes, ingredients, quantities, and any related details come from third-party providers (such as Spoonacular and TheMealDB) and are processed automatically. We don't guarantee that this information is accurate, complete, or up to date. Always check ingredients yourself — especially for allergens and dietary restrictions.

Not medical or dietary advice

My Sunday Prep is a meal-planning and shopping tool, not a source of medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Don't rely on it for health decisions. If you have allergies, dietary needs, or medical conditions, verify ingredients yourself and consult a qualified professional.

Provided “as is”

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't promise the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, My Sunday Prep and its operator won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service — including any reliance on recipe or nutrition information.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, or discontinue features — or the whole service — at any time. We're an evolving product and may not always give advance notice.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date at the top; continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
